Requests shape our roadmap more than anything else. If a result looks off, tell us the numbers you entered and we will check the formula the same week.

We read every request and reply to most within a few days. The calculators that get asked for most often move to the top of the build queue, so a clear one-line description of the calculation you need is all it takes. Partnership enquiries are welcome too.

When you report a result that looks wrong, include the numbers you entered and the figure you expected — it lets us check the formula the same week. You can suggest a calculator, report a wrong result, propose a partnership or send something else entirely.

Messages are read by the small team that builds the calculators, not a support desk. Your email address is only used to reply, never for marketing, and nothing you send is shared with anyone else.
